Week 15

One important distinction is that while a power of attorney has authority to
represent you in legal matters, he or she does not have the ability to make healthcare decisions on your behalf. A separate healthcare power of attorney is required for this authority. Please consult with your estate planning attorney to make sure that both are updated accordingly.
Homework:
O - Contact your Estate Planning Attorney about creating a these documents for you. If you don't have an Estate Planning Attorney please contact us and we will put you in touch with a good one. In the mean time you can look at the following GENERAL documents and start getting an idea what you would like in these documents. Please read our Disclaimer regarding these documents.
