I have been thinking about forgetting about the past and focusing on the future. I find that many times when making a plan you think oh I can’t do that I have already experienced that and it was bad or just okay. We need to experience things like it is the first time we have done them. I have decided that we need to just enjoy this life and look forward to the future.
As I have pondered these little things in life I have written a little check list of items to help you be the best you in the future.
Challenge yourself- Nobody can challenge you like you can. Start a new workout program or learn something new.
Don’t do things because others are- Make your own goals and go at your own pace. Everyone is different think outside the box.
Be grateful- Write down what you are thankful for. It will help you not “keep up with the Jones’s”. Too many times lately I have witnessed trying to be everyone else and have what everyone else has. Be an individual.
Make time for play- We all know that all work and no play makes you a dull person. Just because we are getting a little older doesn’t mean there is no time for fun.
