Week 29

Exercise… You know, that stuff we used to do back when we were young and healthy, before we were too busy to take care of ourselves. Well, it’s time to dust off the cobwebs and try those tennis shoes back on. This week we start the change we want to see in the mirror. This isn’t about weight loss, or six-pack abs, or looking like a supermodel (they only look that way about two days a year!). This is about getting healthy so you can enjoy life and be a cool parent. We’ll start with the basics…
Homework:
O - Read Exercise 1010.
O - Start exercising today(if you are already exercising, you get bonus points!). This can be in any form. You can jog or walk, do yoga, free run, swim, lift weights. Just do something today, and then again tomorrow. Start the habit this week. We’ll help you fine-tune it next week. |

Extra Credit
O - -Stretch. Stretching is one of the best things in the world, right up there with Yerba Mate (we love that stuff!). It’s amazing how good stretching and exercise together will make you feel.
