Week 30

So let’s debunk a few exercise myths this week. Knowing the truth about exercise will allow you to design a fitness program that is right for you, better for you than what you can get designed at your local box or fitness club, and fits into your life schedule. Now I’m not saying that you won’t have to sacrifice a little bit, but chances are you aren’t going to have to make huge adjustments to improve your health and you might even enjoy the changes.

O - Have you started working out? If not, it’s time. Go for a 20 minute walk today. Then go again tomorrow. If that’s too easy, go lift at the local gym or go for a jog. Health feels good!
