There are so many training methods out there and even more "gurus". How to navigate this mire, especially when you're a newbie, can be a daunting question.
This week, we'll give you some additional training information so you can be armed and ready to lay out your own plan of attack to get fit.
O - Write down your favorite active activities. List your top 5.(These have to be active things like hiking biking, yoga, slack lining, running, soccer, tennis, etc)
O - Print and read "Types of Training"
O - Figure out what your blend of exercise will be, since you'll be planning it all out next week.
O - Start researching and reaching out to the local experts in the areas of exercise you would like to pursue.
