As most of us get busy in our daily lives we don't stop to think about the "what if's" in life. What if there is a fire, a flood, or any sort of natural disaster where we live? Do you know everything that is in your home and what it is worth? Your insurance agency will want you to know these things in order for them to replace them. So, What if you can't remember? Well, your agency will not replace them.
Take a few minutes each day to do inventory of each room. Make sure you take pictures and write down the descriptions of each item. That way if a "What if" happens in your neighborhood you are prepared and can have your items replaced.

organization. (These donations help a ton with TAXES!!!!!) Here are a few organizations that we
like. Sometimes these Organizations will send a truck out to you home to pick up large items.
