PictureAre you ready to commit?
Your assignment for this week is to focus on replacing one bad habit with something healthy.  If you drink soda daily, try replacing it with water throughout the week and rewarding yourself with one soda on Friday or Saturday night.  Please document any differences in how you feel from making this one simple change.  Not only will you likely feel the physical difference, but you will also feel a great sense of accomplishment in knowing that you have the willpower to kick a bad habit!  Once one bad habit is kicked, it becomes much easier to kick the next one!
