We put salsa on almost everything!!! This recipe came from my mother in law and it is the BEST canned salsa recipe I have found yet!!! Even my little boy loves it. You can bet I will be canning at least 60 of these a month from now. It is great with large tomatoes or small cherry tomatoes.

- Tomatoes 25 (Large)
- Cilantro 2 1/2 bunch
- Serrano peppers 3
- Onion 2 large
- Garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- Poor hot water over tomatoes. Peal and take out stem
- Puree tomatoes and add to pressure cooker pot.
- Add other ingredients
- Stir and heat up.
- Follow canning instructions
- If using steamer: steam for 40 minutes.
