Morning Power Juice

I shared this picture of my families morning juice/blend.  It helps us stay healthy.  It took a little bit for the kids to like it, but they like it now.  This is a great way to make sure you get all the vitamins/minerals that you need in your day.  

When we prepare this blend we get all the ingredients and 16 gallon freezer bags out.  We fill each bag equally, label the bags, and then put them in the freezer.  That way when we are ready for blending in the morning we just grab the bag add a few things and blend.

What to buy:

• 16 TBSP Chia Seeds 
  
• 16 TBSP Flax Seeds 
  
• 16 tsp Cinnamon 
  
• 16 tsp Bee Pollen (purchase at health food store)
  
• 4 cups coconut 
  
• 4 cups fruit  (Organic Strawberries & Blueberries)
  
• 2 grapefruit or 8 lime 
  
• 4 apple (Organic)
  
• 1 pineapple 
  
• 4 bunches Parsley 
  
• 2 bunch Kale (Organic)
  
• 4 bunches Spinach (Organic)
  
• 4 bunches broccoli sprouts 
  
• 4 tsp Turmeric 
  
• 8 tsp Ginger 
  
• non-sweetened Kefir
  
• Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  
• Stevia Sweetener
  
• Glucosamine Chondroitin capsules from Costco

*Items that I have stated as (organic) have the highest pesticides.  Buying organic greatly eliminates the pesticides you digest. 

pack in each bag:

• 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
• 1 TBSP Flax Seeds 
• 1 tsp Cinnamon 
• 1 tsp Bee Pollen 
• 1/4 cup coconut 
• 1/4 cup fruit (Organic Strawberries & Blueberries)
• 1/16 piece grapefruit or 1/2 lime
• 1/4 apple & cut out middle
• 1/16 piece pineapple (Cut off sides but keep the middle)
• 1/8 th bunch Parsley
• 1/16 th bunch Kale (Organic)
• 1/8 th bunch Spinach (Organic)
• 1/8 th bunch broccoli sprouts
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric - Good Earth
• 1/2 tsp Ginger
• 1/4 cup Kefir (slowly work up to 1/2 cup)
• 1 Tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar - Good Earth
• 3 scoops Stevia 
• 3/4 cup water
• 4 to 5 tablets of Glucosamine 1500mg Chondroitin 1200 mg (From Costco)

Add to blender:

• 1 Freezer bag
• 1 tsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 
• 3 scoops Stevia 
• 2 cups water
• 1/4 cup Kefir (slowly work up to 1/2 cup)
