
This is a great recipe for these Warmer days and nights. We love grilling and eating healthy.
Prep time:10 Minutes
Marinate time: 1 hr.
Cook Time: 20 min
Ingredients:
1 lb. Chicken breast or Thighs
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 pkg. Dry ranch dressing mix
1 Tbs. fresh rosemary chopped
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup White vinegar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Cut up chicken and put in marinade for at least 1 hr.
You can either grill the chicken whole or cut up on skewers.
We serve ours with fresh grilled veggies.
