Prep Time 10 min
4 large red potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Spike Gourmet Seasoning
-Cut up potatoes into fries.
-Place fries in water with 1 teaspoon of salt
-heat up your deep frier to 400 Deg.
-Place fries in deep frier for 30 seconds.
-Take out of deep frier for 1 min and place fries back into deep frier for 12 minutes.
-Take fries out and place on a paper towel.
-season with Spike Gourmet Seasoning
