Sometimes you find companies or products that are TOO GOOD not to share!!!
When we were down in St. George Utah, we had the privilege of running into the owners of YO2 Frozen Yogurt. To put it simply, they make carbonated frozen yogurt! Ya… that’s right, carbonated yogurt and it is AMAZING!!!
Now, I have to tell you that I have an obsession with yogurt due to my little man. I have a little boy who is lactose intolerant, but people who are lactose intolerant can have YOGURT! So whenever I see yogurt ice cream in the store I stock up. Imagine being a kid that can’t have ice cream. I feel so bad for him.
Anyway, while I was walking around the What Women Want Expo in St. George I noticed that one of the vendors was YO2. Since they sold yogurt, I was intrigued. I went and asked them what made them different from other frozen yogurt places around. Honestly, I was thinking that this place would be just another yogurt shop, which I didn’t mind because I love yogurt.
Melinda, the owner, was extremely helpful in explaining to me what set them apart from every other yogurt place and why her yogurt is the BEST! I happily tried their yogurt and am hooked… Ya.. they do have something special!!!
YO2 is premium frozen yogurt that contains an original recipe. They are the only frozen yogurt with the “tingle technology”. The yogurt has a kick to it that tingles on your tongue. Yes it is carbonated, but not sugary sweet like soda. It’s tart, yummy, refreshing, and people were going crazy for it!
Their yogurt was actually invented by Melinda’s Dad, a BYU food scientist. The yogurt is patented by BYU and YO2 has exclusive license to it. Her family has been eating it for years and they knew that they had to share the yogurt with the world! When you have something good you HAVE to share!
Make sure you go to eatYO2.com & like their page! They are always posting fun contests and local causes on their page. Thankfully they travel out of St. George, so I hope to see them up in northern Utah later this year and parts of Idaho as well.
Also, They are working toward a presence in theme parks, concert/sport venues, etc. So someday soon I am sure we will see these guys around everywhere!
Thanks Melinda for your time and your yogurt!
